	The waste pipe exits the house and runs to the septic tank.

	Since the drain field is higher than the house, a pump is needed to push the waste water to the drain field.. This system includes a 1000 gallon septic tank and a 1000 gallon pump tank. This system adds about $2,000 to the cost of the drain field.

	The waste water pipe from the pump tank snakes through our woods to the drain field.

	The waste water flows from the still box, through the distribution box, then into the drain field lines.

	The drain field has three 100 foot long lines, three feet underground.
